I’m Caitlyn, and I’ve been with the studio for nearly a year, and while this is my first role in the bridal industry, I bring five years of customer service experience from my time as an Operations Manager.

I was a Studio I Do bride in 2023, and my own experience here completely inspired me to join the team. Every appointment felt so graceful and professional.

One of my favorite parts of the job is hearing a bride on the phone who feels unsure of what she wants, then watching her come in, open up, and completely fall in love with a gown. It’s so special to see that moment from afar when everything just clicks.
I'm originally from Louisiana, but moved to Virginia with my husband and it has been such a rewarding adventure for us!
