The earlier, the better! Your dress helps set the tone for your entire wedding day vision. We recommend saying “yes” to your gown at least 8 months before your wedding. While rush options are available, shopping early gives you the most choices, saves money, and helps you avoid last-minute stress.

Our bridal collections start at $1,799 with most brides spending between $2,000-$3,000.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO TRY ON WEDDING DRESSES?

Yes! Booking an appointment ensures you get one-on-one attention from our expert stylists. We want to focus on you and make sure you're fully prepped for your experience before you arrive.

HOW LONG IS A BRIDAL APPOINTMENT?

Appointments are typically 90 minutes to 2 hours. You’ll have plenty of time to explore your options without feeling rushed. If you need more time, we’re happy to schedule a retry appointment on another day.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Yes!

When you say "yes" to the dress, you’ll make an initial payment based on the package you choose. If there's a remaining balance, it will be due when your gown arrives.

HOW LONG does IT TAKE FOR My wedding DRESS TO ARRIVE?

On average, dresses take 4-6 months to arrive, but we're proud to be a priority ship store, meaning we often receive gowns even faster than expected.

what if my wedding is less than 6 months away?

No worries, you’re not alone! We work with brides on tighter timelines all the time.

We offer Rush and In-Stock gown options, though availability varies by designer and style. If your wear date is less than 4 months away, we recommend checking out our sister store, Here & Now Bridals, which specializes in off-the-rack wedding dresses.

CAN YOU STORE MY WEDDING DRESS FOR ME?

Yes! We offer storage packages in blocks of up to 6 months. Ask your stylist for details about our storage options.

Yes! We offer a curated collection of veils, headpieces, belts, and jewelry to help you complete your perfect bridal look. Try them on during your appointment to see your full vision come to life.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

No need to bring anything special, just your excitement and good vibes!

That said, wearing the right things can help you feel more confident during your try-on. We recommend:

• Nude, seamless underwear (based on your comfort level)
• No need for a bra (many gowns have built-in support!)

Many of our brides find the one during their first visit, so come ready to fall in love!

can i take photos or videos during my appointment?

Absolutely!  We know this is a once-in-a-lifetime moment and you’ll want to capture it. Feel free to take photos or videos during your appointment so you can revisit your favorite gowns (and yes, film those cute TikToks!).

The only time we ask you to keep your camera off? During our Designer Testing Events. These gowns are exclusive, unreleased, and top secret, so no photos are allowed at those appointments.

WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR GOWNS?

We carry a wide variety of sample gowns ranging from size 6 to 26W. While we may not have every dress in every size, our stylists are pros at helping you visualize the perfect fit. Once you find the one, we’ll take your measurements and order the best size for you.

do you have SIZE-inclusive options?

We do! Our sample gowns range from 8 to 26W, and we’re proud to serve brides of all body types. If we don’t have your size in a specific style, we’ll help you envision the perfect fit using clips, panels, and expert styling tips.

DO YOU OFFER IN-HOUSE ALTERATIONS?

Yes, we do!

Alterations are not included in the price of your dress, but our team of experienced in-house bridal tailors is available to answer all your fit-related questions.

WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?

Most brides need at least a few minor alterations to get the perfect fit. The most common ones include hemming, bustles, and strap adjustments. Our alterations team will guide you through exactly what you’ll need based on your dress and your fit preferences.

WHAT ARE TRUNK SHOWS and DESIGNER EVENTS?

These exclusive events bring in a full collection of a designer’s latest gowns for a limited time. It’s the perfect chance to see (and try on) dresses not normally available in-store. We host these special events several times a year, stay tuned on our socials or website for upcoming dates!

can i TRY ON A specific DRESS THAT YOU DON'T carry IN STORE?

Yes! Just fill out our loaner request form and we’ll check availability with the designer. If the dress can be loaned, we’ll do our best to bring it in for you.

can i customize my gown?

In many cases, yes! Some designers offer options like adding sleeves, changing necklines, or swapping fabrics. Your stylist will help you understand what’s possible based on the gown you love.

what happens after i say yes to the dress?

We celebrate big time! Then we’ll take your measurements, place your order, and keep you updated every step of the way. When your dress arrives, we’ll schedule your try-on and connect you with our alterations team if needed.
