How We Are Keeping Our Customers Safe


As COVID-19 continues to impact the country and the world, we want to take a moment to update our customers on some important information regarding our business. We deeply value every single customer and team member of All the Rage Stores Inc. and Studio I Do Bridals and are actively doing everything we can to provide a safe shopping experience for everyone. At this time we are operating by appointment only for try-ons and purchases (with some limitations for safety) and doing pickups for purchased products as well. We will be having a temperature check for every guest that walks into the store (Studio I Do & All The Rage). If anyone has a temperature of 100 or above, they will not be allowed in the store. All employees and guests are required to wear masks at all times no exceptions.  


We will also continue to operate our online businesses for both special occasion and off the rack bridal.  We have provided a FAQ below should you have any questions.  Please note that all orders placed continue to abide by our store policy of final sale with no returns or exchanges (due to the nature of the industry).  You can reach us via phone with additional questions at 1-855-604-4362 (and we are back to our regular 7 days a week schedule in Virginia Beach and available Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 3pm in Roanoke) or email us at [email protected].


Like most other formal dress businesses in America, we are family owned and operated.  As the virus has affected many individuals and companies all over the world, our industry and our store has been impacted immensely.  Please understand that every decision made by All the Rage Stores Inc. and Studio I Do Bridals is to ensure the safety of our team members, our customers and the survival of our industry and store we love so much and have dedicated our lives to.  We wish each and everyone of you health and safety in these trying times.  




Q: Can I get a refund if my prom is cancelled?

A: Our sales policy has always been and will remain no returns or exchanges due to the nature of the industry.  Our manufacturers will not let us cancel special orders or return items once they leave the store due to the delicate custom nature of these gowns and many other unique factors.  Unfortunately, we have to stand by these policies even in these trying times and we hope you can understand.


Q: Will you go back to extended hours?

A: We are back to our regular 7 days a week schedule in Virginia Beach and available Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 3pm in Roanoke.  Any new information or changes will be updated on this page.


Q: My wedding is in 4 months, can I still order?

A: If you need a wedding dress for any wedding between now and September, we recommend you ordering from our off the rack store Here & Now Bridal.  If will be difficult to get a wedding dress that quickly at this point unless it was already on order and is in production.


Q: I've already ordered, will I get my dress?

A: Yes, all our designers are currently manufacturing gowns and are delivering based on wedding/event date.  At this time we do not have any delays are are monitoring daily.
